You will also collaborate closely with families and other members of our clinical team to ensure coordinated and meaningful care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you&#8217;ll do<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Conduct detailed speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop personalised therapy programmes based on individual needs and goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide individual and group therapy sessions for children and adults.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work collaboratively with audiologists, occupational therapists, behavioural therapists, and other professionals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communicate regularly with families and caregivers regarding treatment progress.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in case discussions, clinical reviews, and multidisciplinary planning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the development of evidence-based clinical practices within the centre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we&#8217;re looking for<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A qualified Speech &amp; Language Pathologist with strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine interest in patient-centred care.
